Idea VBA Excel change Skill Level in Avaya CMS

I did as you said, but it still does not function.

just to confirm again, Are you saying that your set up was working before and it stopped suddenly two weeks ago and not you or the IT made any changes? Did you ask your IT department if the made any changes?
The error is telling us cvsSrv.Reports.acd = 1 that the cvsSrv part is not set or found on the machine running the script. So I will be looking at the Server Component and make sure it is not missing in the references - try to check it like you did with the Report Component.
Another possibility is that the ACD number changed from 1 to something else. This is usually referenced in the line of code where you make the connection by providing the IP or server name, user name and password.
Also can you show me the code where you declare everything and where you connect to the server?

Change agent status! is that change skill or status? Where is this function remind me I don't think I have used it, which menu is it in and what does it do? Is status like from log in to available? Is this a custom report?
